Two new Vande Bharat Railway trains from Mumbai to Solapur and Mumbai to Shirdi were flagged off by Prime Minister Modi in a program organized at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. At that time he was talking.
So far 10 such trains have been started across the country. Stating that a total of 108 districts of 17 states have been connected by Vande Bharat Express, Prime Minister Modi said, modern railways have been started in the country and metro is expanding. New airports and ports are being built. For the first time in the history of India, Rs 10 lakh crore has been allocated for infrastructure development in India.
Prime Minister Modi started his speech in Marathi. Modi said that there is a big revolution in the railway sector and I am happy to dedicate the ninth and tenth Vande Bharat trains to the country today.
Eknath Shinde said, the railway department was neglected till now. However, this changed during the tenure of Prime Minister Modi. A huge provision was made for railways in the budget.
