32 special bus services between Belapur Railway Station and Panvel Railway Station Mumbai Municipal Transport Department has started 32 special bus services between Belapur Railway Station and Panvel Railway Station for the convenience of commuters in late night suburban trains.
Central Railway has taken a night block from Belapur to Panvel to facilitate the construction of two tracks (up and down) for the dedicated freight corridor which started on August 18 at Panvel station. This block is likely to run till October 2.
During this period three to four hour night blocks have been implemented in Panvel station yard. Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport Department is running 8 additional buses and a total of 32 special services between Belapur and Panvel during this period for the convenience of railway passengers.
These buses will run from Shiv-Panvel highway and the last first bus starts at 12 midnight and the last bus from Panvel at 6.34 am and from Belapur at 7.26 am.
