Citizens can now complain about drain cleaning in Brihanmumbai through WhatsApp on mobile phones. Brihanmumbai Municipal Administration has made this online facility available.
Citizens have to submit the exact place, department, date and time of the complaint on the number 9324500600.
After filing the complaint, the complainant will get a complaint number. The municipal administration has clarified that this WhatsApp number is only for sending information and the facility of conversation will not be available on this number.
