The beautification project of the ancient Shiva temple at Ambernath is going to start soon. Ambernath Municipality recently announced tender for these various works.
In the beautification of Shiv Mandir premises, works such as entrance, Nandi, parking lot, exhibition center, Ampi theater, devotee residence to washroom etc. will be done.
Development works will be done here as per the rules of Archeology Department of India and this work will be completed in one and a half years from the date of assignment.
With the efforts of local MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde, the state government had approved the proposal costing 138 crores 21 lakhs for the beautification of the Shiva temple premises. The approval of the Archaeological Department was required for the actual beautification work.
After completing all the permissions and procedures, the Ambernath Municipality finally announced the tender for the beautification work of the Shiva temple on Tuesday.
Through this proposal of Rs. 107 crores, various works will be done in the area.
