Non-bailable warrant issued Against MP Sanjay Raut

A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Shiv Sena Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray party MP Sanjay Raut. The court heard the defamation suit filed by BJP leader Kirit Somaiya’s wife Medha Somaiya. The next hearing in this matter will be held in the court on January 24.

The case is going on before the court of Shivdi Magistrate. Medha Somaiya has claimed that Sanjay Raut has defamed her because of the toilet scam allegations that Sanjay Raut had made against Somaiya in the front page of ‘Samana’.
