KDMC Administration has decided to set up its own water testing laboratory

Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Administration has decided to set up its own water testing laboratoryfor testing drinking water in Kalyan Dombivli area.

It may be noted that till now, when contaminated water is found in the area, its sample is sent to Konkan Bhavan for water testing. After receiving the water report after a week, the municipal administration takes further action.

To avoid this delay and to understand the quality of contaminated water immediately, the municipal administration has decided to set up a water testing laboratory in its own area.
The municipal administration has started the process of setting up a water testing laboratory. A fully equipped laboratory will be set up in the next three to four months.
