Hyderabad; A case against the BJP leader’s son for insulting a model

Police registered a case of forcibly humiliating a model against Ashish Goud, son of BJP leader and former MLA Nandeshwar Gaur. According to the police, the incident took place on Sunday wee hours.

The 24-year-old Telugu film industry model said that while she was alone in the hotel with her friends, Ashish goud and her friends misbehaved with her, and also improperly touched and used obscene language.

“A bouncer – Azar – was also standing next to the incident and supporting Ashish Goud and his friends when they yelled at us to leave,” the complaint reads.

On the other hand, Ashish has described the case as a “politics of blackmail”. “If someone is filing a case against me, they should speak with facts and figures. They should also have evidence. It seems that the opposition parties are doing all this deliberately. I am not afraid. goud said.

the case has been registered under Section 354 (criminal force to woman with intent to outrage modesty), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation in the case is going on.
