Examination of 457 brokers who completed training of ‘Maharera’ on 20th May

The training certificate of ‘Maharera’ has been made mandatory for old and new brokers in the real estate sector. According to this decision, 457 brokers have completed the training and the examination of these qualified brokers will be conducted on May 20 through Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).
All India Institute of Local Self Governance (All India Institute of Local Self Governance) has prepared a syllabus for this. Online exams will be conducted through IBPS. 523 brokers had registered for this training. This first exam will be held at exam centers in 10 cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nashik etc.
A large number of consumers buy and sell houses through brokers. But in such cases there is a possibility of cheating customers. There is no education-training to work as a broker in this field. In this background, Maharera has made Maharera training certificate mandatory to prevent those who cheat the customers, who have no knowledge in this field.
