Dombivili- Three booked for killing a man
A case has been registered against three persons, including the owner of an autorickshaw and its driver, for allegedly stabbing a man to death in Dombivili, the police said on Tuesday.
Inspector NV Jadhav of Dombivili police station said that the police had registered an offense under Section 302 (murder) and other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code, so far no arrests have been made.

He said that the victim Prateek Gowde along with his friends Nilesh Dhun and Baliram Jaiswar were going by car at Shalar Naka at around 9.30 pm when they parked the autorickshaw of the accused in the middle of the road.
When the driver was asked to take the vehicle to the side, he became furious and gave an argument, he said.
Later, Gowde and his friend, the owner of the autorickshaw, went to the slums of Trimurti Nagar, where they were attacked with choppers and other deadly weapons, the official said.

He told that when Gowde died on the way to the hospital, the other victims are hospitalized.
The official said the search for absconding accused autorickshaw owner Mesya Ghornal (27), driver Chandya Jamadar (32) and Ravil Gade (35) is on.
