The Karnataka Congress has called for a ban on Bajrang Dal, comparing it with the ‘People’s Front of India’ (PFI). Bajrang Dal and the Chandigarh division of Vishwa Hindu Parishad have sent a legal notice to the Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge for defaming the Bajrang Dal and claimed Rs 100 crore 10 lakh defamation against the Congress party, said Vinod Bansal, National Spokesperson of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
He was speaking in a special online dialogue organized by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on the topic ‘Congress conspiracy to save ‘PFI’ under the cover of demand for ban on Bajrang Dal?’
Congress has been continuously trying to stigmatize Hindus to save terrorists. The national work of Bajrang Dal continues unceasingly and Bajrang Dal has served during the Corona period and also during various natural calamities. If the Congress tries to save the Jihadi outfit PFI by blaming Bajrang Dal, they will never succeed.
Although the Karnataka Congress has demanded a ban on the Bajrang Dal, no state government has the legal right to ban a particular outfit. Karnataka Congress has given in its manifesto that we will ban PFI as well. When the central government has already banned PFI, what other ban will the Karnataka Congress bring? Karnataka High Court Advocate Shubha Naik said that Congress is doing all this for the politics of Muslim ballot box.
Bajrang Dal and P.F.I. They cannot be compared; Because Bajrang Dal is a patriotic organisation, while P.F.I. is an anti-national and terrorist organisation. Defamation of Hindu organizations has been the history of Congress. Congress has tried to ban not only Bajrang Dal but many Hindu organizations like Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Sanatan Sanstha, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti etc.; But nothing was done to ban the Jihadi organization. Narendra Surve, spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said that the Hindu society is waking up now and will stand with all Hindu organizations.
