Woman caught for carrying live bullet at Delhi airport

Authorities reported on Friday that a woman was arrested by CISF personnel at Delhi Airport for allegedly carrying a live bullet in her luggage.

He said that Shyamashree Paul, bound for Kolkata, was stopped at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport on Thursday during a security check.

Officials said that besides the live bullet, an empty case and a part of the cartridge were recovered from the woman’s bag. The police have charged him under the provisions of the Arms Act.
