Plan to bring medical education under ESA: Maha minister

Maharashtra Minister Amit Deshmukh said on Tuesday that a policy will be made to bring medical education under the Essential Education Act.

Maharashtra medical education minister MLC was responding to a meditative meditation motion raised by Jogendra Kavade.

He said that the state is also keen to start a cancer unit at JJ Hospital.
