Mumbai : Sanjay Raut’s jail stay extended

Hearing on the bail petition now on November 9.

Mumbai- MP Sanjay Raut’s stay in jail has been extended. A special court in Mumbai extended Raut’s judicial custody by 14 days. His bail plea will now be heard on November 9.

Raut’s judicial custody was extended earlier. In a hearing held on October 21, his judicial custody was extended till November 2. So after Dussehra, Raut’s Diwali also went to jail.

Sanjay Raut was arrested by the ED on July 31 in connection with the alleged land misappropriation of Patra Chal in Goregaon.
