Advertisement for 4 thousand 83 houses of ‘MHADA’ in Mumbai will be published on May 22 and the process of registration, application sale and acceptance will start from this day. This process will continue till June 26 and the draw will be held on July 18 at Rangsharada Hall in Bandra West.
There are 2 thousand 788 houses for minimum group, 1 thousand 22 for small group, 132 for middle group and 39 for high group. The minimum group in Sodati includes 1 thousand 947 houses in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Pahadi in Goregaon, 417 in Antop Hill and 424 in Kannamwar Nagar in Vikhroli, totaling 2 thousand 788 houses. So, there are total 1022 houses in small group and 736 houses in hilly area of Goregaon are included in it.
The remaining houses are from Dadar, Saket Society (Goregaon), Gaikwad Nagar (Malad), Patrachal, Old Magathane (Borivali), Charkop, Kannamwar Nagar, Vikrant Society (Vikhroli), Gavanpada etc.
The board has provided 132 houses for the middle group and these houses are located in Dadar, Tilak Nagar (Chembur), Sahkar Nagar (Chembur), Kandivali. Also only 39 houses are included for upper group and these houses are located in Taddev, Lower Paral, Shiv, Shimpoli, Tunga Powai etc.
