On Tuesday, Disha Salian’s father, Satish Salian, along with his legal team, submitted a written complaint to the Mumbai Police Commissioner. In this complaint, they demanded that an FIR be registered against Aaditya Thackeray and others for the alleged gangrape and murder of his daughter.
Speaking to the media afterward, lawyer Nilesh Ojha stated that, according to the guidelines of the Bombay High Court, a written complaint should be considered an FIR. Based on this, he has filed an FIR against Aaditya Thackeray, actor Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea, and Aaditya Thackeray’s bodyguard for gangrape and murder.
A major development has emerged in the death case of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s former manager, Disha Salian. Disha’s father, Satish Salian’s lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, revealed that they met with Mumbai Police Joint Commissioner Lakhmi Gautam and demanded the registration of an FIR against Aaditya Thackeray and others, which has been accepted. A written complaint has been submitted at the CP office in Mumbai regarding this matter.
Ojha further claimed that Aaditya Thackeray is the main accused in this case. He also alleged that former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh, and suspended police officer Sachin Vaze were involved in suppressing the case. He accused Uddhav Thackeray of misusing his position as Chief Minister to cover up the investigation.
