“Don’t worry ISRO! we will wait to create history,” these were the words by each Indian when India’s second unmanned mission to the Moon, Chandrayaan 2, was put on hold citing technical issues. According to ISRO, the revised countdown will be announced later.

In an official tweet, ISRO said, “A technical snag was observed in launch vehicle system at 1 hour before the launch. As a measure of abundant precaution, #Chandrayaan2 launch has been called off for today. The revised launch date will be announced later.”
