BJP’s hidden support to rebel in Kalyan West Assembly constituency!
Kalyan- Like every time, this time too a rebel from BJP is standing in Kalyan West Assembly constituency. Kalyan West Mandal President Varun Patil, after not getting a ticket from BJP, rebelled like former BJP MLA Narendra Pawar and filed his nomination.
But at the last moment Pawar withdrew his nomination. Even after Pawar withdrew his nomination, BJP seniors could not convince Varun Patil to withdraw his nomination.
Now Varun Patil has been expelled by BJP for six years. But internally BJP is very angry for not getting a seat from Kalyan West Assembly constituency. This is the reason why the local leadership of BJP has taken the initiative to help Varun Patil internally.
If sources are to be believed, on Thursday evening a private conversation took place with a former Union Minister of State and former BJP MLA in a club in Kalyan Durgadi Fort complex and internally Varun Patil has been assured of BJP’s support.
After this assurance, Varun Patil has intensified his campaigning. On the other hand, the condition of BJP-supported current MLA and candidate Vishwanath Bhoir of Shinde faction is getting worse.
Vishwanath Bhoir has got the image of an MLA who does not meet the public even among the common people. BJP’s sabotage has created a state of confusion in the Shinde faction.
Earlier also, in 2009, due to the rebellion of a former BJP corporator Mangesh Gaikar, Akhand Shiv Sena candidate Rajendra Devlekar lost the assembly elections and MNS’s Prakash Bhoir was elected.
Now if history repeats itself again, the election results may turn in favor of Shiv Sena (Ubatha) candidate Sachin Basare. Overall, this time the news of Kalyan West’s results may surprise everyone.
