A good advance preparation has been made for the upcoming Kharif season. However, it should be implemented effectively. Agriculture Department should implement Quality Control Teams, Bharari Teams. Chief Minister Shinde also said that farmers should decide to sow only after seeing enough rain and moisture in the soil.
