Dombivali – 84 percent completion of Mothgaon – Mankoli Khadi Bridge and connecting road

84 per cent of the work on the Mojagaon-Mankoli Khadi Bridge (Dombivli West) and connecting road being constructed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has been completed.
By May 2023, this bridge and road will be put into traffic service. Thanks to this bridge, Thane-Dombivli journey can be done in just 20 minutes.
From Dombivli to Thane there is a route through Kalyan, Kon, Bhiwandi or Kalyan-Sheel, Mumbra, Airoli-Ghansoli. But it is long, traffic congestion has to be faced.
This flyover is being constructed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority to make this journey faster and in less time
Mankoli-Morgaon road is 1.3 km long and Metropolitan Commissioner S.V.R. Srinivas recently inspected this project.
After the completion of the work, the bridge and the road will be put into traffic service immediately.
