Ayurveda experts Dr. Uday and Dr. Madhura Kulkarni asserted here that proper amount of cereals in the dietwill give energy to the body and increase patience, positivity and happiness.
2023 has been declared as the International Year of Cereals and various activities have been undertaken by the Central and State Governments on the occasion of the International Year of Cereals.
The Thane Municipal Corporation has planned a massive campaign for the promotion and publicity of the cereal. It started at Narendra Ballal Auditorium in Mahapalika Bhavan. At that time Dr. Uday and Dr. Madhura Kulkarni was speaking.
Cereals should be preferred to overcome diseases, obesity etc. Dr. Madhura also said that the quantity of cereals should be gradually increased in the diet. As our body gets energy, its positive benefits will be seen.
Dr. Uday and Dr. Madhura Kulkarni also gave detailed information about the choice of cereals, its use, various recipes prepared from it, simple rules for consuming it.
