On May 1, a beautiful Modi handwriting competition and a Modi transliteration competition have been organized simultaneously and on the same day in four cities of Maharashtra namely Mumbai, Pune, Ahmednagar and Kolhapur in association with the Swatantra Veera Savarkar National Memorial and the World Modi Script Propagation Committee.
This is the seventh year of this competition to promote Modi script.
Registration for the competition is required by Saturday 29 April 2023.
This time Nashik center is not included due to some technical reason. Modi script learners from Nashik can participate in the competition at centers in Mumbai, Pune or Nagar. The admit cards are to be filled at the respective center itself and no permission is given to fill the admit card online. Those living far away will be able to enter half an hour earlier on the day of the competition itself, book sellers have also been requested to set up stalls of books on Modi script at this place.
Participants should bring their own pens, pencils, erasers, rubber bands and holding pads for this competition. Paper will be provided to contestants, use of black ink is mandatory. For the beautiful Modi handwriting competition, the passage will be given in Devanagari script, it is to be written in Modi script, spelling mistakes will be tolerated. Soon there will be a professional paper for the transcription competition and one hour will be given for it.
Prizes will be awarded to the first three winners. All rights to the contest result process shall remain with the Organizer.
