9,661 houses sold in Mumbai in May;820 crore revenue through stamp duty

9 thousand 661 houses were sold in Mumbai in the month of May and the state government got a revenue of Rs 820 crore as stamp duty.

In the month of January, 9,000 houses were sold, generating a revenue of Rs 692 crore, while in February, 9,684 houses were sold, generating a revenue of Rs 1,111 crore.

In March, 13,151 houses were sold and the revenue was Rs 1,225 crore.
Home sales increased slightly in March, but home sales declined again in April. In April, 10,514 houses were sold and a revenue of Rs 899 crore was obtained from these house sales.
