Work on 21 stations on Metro between Seepz-Kulaba is 90 percent complete – total 26 stations, route likely to open by end of December

Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited informed that the work of 21 stations on the Metro between Seepz-Kulaba has been completed by 90 percent. There are a total of 26 stations on this route.
Vidhan Bhawan metro station is 93 percent complete and MIDC station is 96 percent complete. The actual speed tests will be conducted before the metro service starts in December 2023. Hence, the metro service between Seepz-Kulab is likely to start by December 2023.
Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation has decided to start metro service with 9 rakes from Seepz to BKC as the work of car shed cannot be completed this year.
