Verbal altercation between Narayan Rane and Neelam Gorhe

Union Minister Narayan Rane and Legislative Council Deputy Speaker Neelam Gorhe got into a verbal altercation during the unveiling ceremony of Balasaheb Thackeray’s oil painting held in the central hall of the Vidhan Bhavan.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Leader of Opposition Ajit Pawar, Legislative Council Deputy Speaker Neelam Gorhe, Union Minister Narayan Rane and many MLAs, MPs and Ministers as well as foreign guests were also present at the program under the chairmanship of Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rahul Narvekar.
Neelam Gorhe accused Rane of breaching rules during his speech, while Rane continued his speech in mockery.
Neelam Gorhe became aggressive and tried to shut down Rane’s speech. However, Rane continued his speech without listening.
Rane also taunted Gorhe saying “I won’t stop” and said “I don’t listen to those who sit and talk”. After this, Neelam Gorhe looked towards Rahul Narvekar and said, ‘What is going on?’
