Aniket Parabala was sent to judicial custody. He was later granted bail. The accused was posted at a government bank on the Hill Road in Bandra for security. The complaining woman had come there three days ago. The complainant woman went to the restroom to change her clothes. Aniket Parab was already there. She told him to get out of there.
After the accused went out, she noticed a hidden mobile phone while changing clothes. The phone’s camera was facing the woman. The phone had a handkerchief on it so that it could not be seen. Video mode was on when the phone was held. The complaining woman went down and asked Parab about the act. So he pulled the phone out of her hand and how dare you touch my phone? Asked her that question.

Parab then escapes to the washroom. After leaving, he showed her his phone and claimed that nothing was recorded. I suspect that the accused deleted the video. I told my superiors about this. Deputy Commissioner of Police arrives at the bank. The complainant informed that after hearing the entire case, they asked me to file an FIR immediately.
