Medical Education Minister Girish Mahajan
Mumbai- Medical Education Minister Girish Mahajan has informed that from next year medical courses will be made available in Marathi language in Maharashtra.
Mahajan also said that the education of branches like MBBS or Medical will be given in English language only, but the books of related subjects will be translated into Marathi so that the students can understand the subject.
Madhya Pradesh government has recently decided to start medical education in Hindi language. Making medical education available in Hindi is an ambitious plan of the Madhya Pradesh government. A few days ago, Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched the Hindi curriculum. Therefore, Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the country to teach medical courses in Hindi.
