Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’ to be released on Christmas 2021

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s much-awaited historical drama “Takht” starring Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Anil Kapoor and will hit theaters on December 24 next year.

The film, which also stars Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar, is set in the Mughal era. Johar announced the film’s release date and shared the first teaser on Twitter.

Hussain Hadry has penned the dialogues of the film. The film follows Johar in “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” in 2016.
