Dismissed police officer Sunil Mane’s plea to be witness of apology withdrawn

Sacked police officer Sunil Mane has withdrawn his court plea to be a pardon witness in the Antilia blasts and Mansukh Hiren murder cases. Meanwhile, the court has agreed to Mane’s request to prosecute the case himself as he has a law degree.
Dismissed police inspector Sunil Mane has been arrested by the NIA in the Antilia explosives and Mansukh murder case and Mane is currently in judicial custody in jail.
Sunil Mane had filed an application in the special court on February 17, seeking permission to be a ‘pardon witness’ and reveal what he knew about the crime. But on Tuesday Mane has withdrawn this petition in the court
