Cloudy weather and chances of unseasonal rain in some districts of the state for the next four days

The observatory has expressed the possibility of cloudy weather and unseasonal rain in some districts of the state from today till March 8. Palghar district is likely to witness partly cloudy weather and light rain at isolated places till March 6.
The observatory has predicted unseasonal rain due to the combination of easterly winds, north-south cloud trough and moist winds moving from south-west towards north-west India in the Arabian Sea but diverting towards north Maharashtra.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon and Nashik districts are likely to experience thundershowers with light showers today and Sunday. So, light rain is likely to occur in Aurangabad, Jalna on Sunday and Monday.
