Center of Excellence will be established In dairy production in the state of Denmark

Statement by Freddie Sven, Ambassador of Denmark to India
Denmark is the leading milk producing country in the world and our country has helped India to bring about a milk revolution. Denmark is cooperating with many states in India in the field of agriculture and environment conservation and will soon set up a ‘Centre of Excellence’ in milk production in Maharashtra, Ambassador of Denmark to India Freddie Sven informed here on Tuesday.

Freddie Swain was speaking when he met Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
He informed that Denmark is establishing a wind park in Tamil Nadu and will also cooperate with farmers in India to make them entrepreneurs.

While welcoming Ambassador Freddie Swain to the state, the Governor assured that he would personally pay atention to further increase the cooperation between Denmark and Maharashtra.

The meeting was attended by Denmark’s head of trade and commerce, Soren Kannik Markardsen, and Denmark’s vice-consul in Mumbai, Henry Karkada.
