Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray should not talk about ethics. He left the thought for the chair. Eknath Shinde left his chair to think. Uddhav Thackeray realized that we do not have majority. So you resigned out of that shame and fear. Fadnavis also said on this occasion, “Don’t try to give him a veneer of morality for no reason.”
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, the Supreme Court gave the expected verdict. The powers of disqualification are vested in the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. The Supreme Court also commented on the decisions given by the Election Commission. Shiv Sena recognized us as a party by the Election Commission. Party symbol has also been given to us.
The then Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari then
Decision made according to the situation. If there had been a majority test and had been defeated, would it have been said that the Governor’s decision was correct? Chief Minister Shinde also said that the absolute majority was in favor of our government.
