The hearing of the power struggle in Maharashtra is now on 29 November

New Delhi- The hearing of the power struggle between the former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s group and the current Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s group has been postponed once again in the Supreme Court. Now this hearing will be held on November 29

On issues like power struggle in the state, split in Shiv Sena, disqualification of MLAs etc. Under the chairmanship of Justice Dr Dhananjaya Chandrachud, Justice M. R. Shah, Krishna Murari, Hima Kohli, P. S. Narasimha’s hearing was scheduled to be held on Tuesday (November 1) before the Constitution Bench.

After the hearing started in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, the Constitution Bench ordered both the parties to submit their arguments in writing. For this, the Constitution Bench gave a deadline of three weeks. Thackeray and Shinde group will have to submit documents to the court within this deadline. After that, it is likely that the Constitutional Court will hold a consecutive hearing in this case.
