Surat: It is going to be a happy and prosperous Diwali for 600 people in the employ of a diamond merchant in Surat, as each of them is set to receive a car as their annual festive bonus. The generosity comes from diamond trader and owner of Hari Krishna Exports, Savji Dholakia, who believes that big rewards would push his employees to perform better.
PM Narendra Modi handed over car keys to few of the company’s employees personally in New Delhi and gave his warm blessing to over 25,000 family members through a live video conferencing.
As a part of the company’s loyalty bonus program, th H K Group gave incentives to approximately 1,700 diamond artists and diamond engineers in the form of cars and fixed deposits.
