Sooryavanshi ‘to be screened 24×7 in Mumbai theaters on March 24

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has extended the release of his film “Sooryavanshi” featuring Akshay Kumar by three days till March 24. The state government last month approved a proposal to allow shops, eateries, and theaters in malls to be open day and night.

Rohit’s “Sooryavanshi” is the third film in the police universe after Ajay Devgn’s “Singham” and Ranveer Singh-starrer “Simba”. This is the first project of Akshay and Rohit together. The film also stars Katrina Kaif, while Ajay and Ranveer are reprising their characters for extended cameos.
