Nurses march tomorrow for various pending demands

Mumbai, Dt. 11
To draw attention to various pending demands, the nurses will march on the office of the Executive Health Officer in the F South Division office of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation tomorrow on May 12.

The march is being held for the demands of immediate payment of first and second time-bound promotions with retrospective effect, immediate filling of all vacant posts, immediate creation of leave reserve posts for Public Health Nurses, Assistant Nurses, Coordinators, Midwives, regular immunization program without the presence of doctors etc. is coming
Various questions and demands of Assistant Nurses, Obstetricians and Public Health Nurses in the Department of Family Welfare and Maternal Child Care have been presented to the administration through the Municipal Union for the past several months. But the administration is showing disinterest in solving their demands and problems. This march will be held on the occasion of World Nurses Day.
