Mumbai Police arrested a 26-year-old accused, for raping a minor girl

Mumbai Police arrested a 26-year-old man on Sunday for raping and pregnant a 17-year-old minor girl. The accused had implicated the girl by threatening to make the sex video of the minor girl’s aunt with her viral. Police have arrested accused Azmal Lashkar alias Ashish on this charge.

According to Bangur police station, accused Azmal Lashkar alias Ashish Dubey allegedly raped a 23-year-old woman here on the pretext of marrying her and without knowing the woman, the accused Azmal Lashkar alias Ashish Dubey Made video on his mobile And by threatening to bury the same video, the victim also had an illegal relationship with the minor.

The case was revealed when the victim became pregnant. And his parents went and lodged a complaint with the local Bangur police station. According to Bangur police, the accused identified himself as Ashish Dubey and formed a relationship with the woman and her niece at a party.

According to the police, Azmal Lashkar is from Assam but is living in Mumbai these days. And he was arrested from Khar, a suburb of here. He was booked under the Protection of Children from Rape and Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on a complaint lodged by the victim’s parents.
