Illegal lodging in front of the college, truth came out after rape of a minor

The Ulhasnagar police have arrested a young man here for sexually abusing a minor girl by falling in love. Surprisingly, a shopkeeper selling snacks have also been arrested in front of the famous Chandibai College in this case.

Police have alleged that the accused of rape had raped the minor girl by taking them to a secret room inside the shop of this snack. According to the police, the accused shopkeeper Shah was running this gorakhandha in front of this college for the last 10 years.

The Central Line Police of Ulhasnagar has arrested Lallan Shah, the owner of the ‘Om Sai Ram Coldrinks-Snacks Corner’ snack center, in this case. While the accused of raping a minor has been identified as Sandesh Sabale (age-21). Police have also arrested accused Sandesh.

According to police sources, the victim is studying in a famous college in Ulhasnagar. The accused used to work in a jeans factory in front of his residence. The accused implicated this minor girl in a trap of love and after leaving college for the last few days started meeting in the park of Maratha Division.

After the continuous meetings, the people started searching for a place for physical pleasure, during this time they got information about ‘Om Sai Ram Coldrinks-Snacks Corner’ located next to Chandibai College. In which a secret cabin has been built for such solitary meeting of the youth and girls of the college, where both of them also used this secret cabin by paying money.

As soon as the father of the minor girl came to know about their physical relationship, they immediately went to the Central Line Police Station and lodged a complaint with the police. Subsequently, the police have registered a case against accused Sandesh under the Poxo clause. The investigation of the case is under the direction of Assistant Police Inspector Bajrang Zende, Police Constable Nana Lande, Senior Police Inspector Sudhakar Sudarkar of Central Police Station.
