A sensational case of brutally and unnaturally raping a 19 year old transgender by two youths has come to light. The incident took place in a room in Azadnagar area of Bhiwandi city. In this regard, a case has been registered against two accused under various sections including unnatural rape in Shantinagar police station. The accused have been identified as Tahal Salim Khan (age 23) and Shahid (age 25).
According to sources, the 19-year-old victim lives in Bhiwandi. The victim knew both accused as they lived in the same area. On January 6, around 11:30 in the night, when the third party victim went to the grocery store near the house to buy milk, eggs, bread, these accused living in the area urged the victim to drink alcohol. accepting this, accused took the victim to there room saying that you have our work. After that, he closed the door of the room and urged the victim to drink alcohol. But as soon as the victim refused, both the accused brutally beat the victim and forcibly rape the transgender for three to four hours alternately.
The victim was left from room at around four o’clock in the morning next day, after being brutally rape. The accused threatened to kill anyone who read about the incident. After that, the suffering of the brutal raping became unbearable and the victim narrated the incident to the family members and Guru.
After that, victim reached the Shantinagar police station and narrated the incident to the police, the police team started searching for both the accused by registering a case under sections 377, 324, 342, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code early this morning.
