Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday cleared the desk for the second phase of ambitious Nagpur Metro railway project.
Charing a review meeting, Fadnavis asked officials to prepare a detailed project report for the proposed second phase.
With the whopping budget of Rs 11,216 crore, the second phase will be completed in 4 years. The Nagpur Metro phase 2 will cover the distance of 48.30 km
Fadnavis also took stock of various developmental issues related to Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA). On this occasion, the Chief Minister directed officials to submit DPR for Nashik metro.
