BMC Jr. Engineer Arrested

anti corruption bureau Mumbai Unit have arrested Mumbai munciple junior engineer under the charge of accepting 40 thousand bribe.here is the details.The Complainant is constructing an iron shade on the terrace of his house. The public servant visited the site & declared the shade to be illegal, hence, asked to stop the work. For regularizing the shade and not to take legal action, public servant demanded bribe amount of Rs 40,000/- from the complainant.
The complainant did not wish to give the gratification, hence he approached ACB Mumbai Unit. After verification trap was laid and accused public servant, Jeetendra Pandurang Khandagle, was caught red-handed while accepting bribe amount of Rs 40,000/- from the complainant hence offence is registered.
