BJP MP Brijbhushan should be arrested in the case of sexual abuse of athletes – Prithviraj Chavan

Mumbai, Dt. June 2
The allegations leveled by women wrestlers against the head of Wrestling Federation of India and BJP MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh are very serious. Former Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan demanded that MP Brijbhushan Singh should be arrested immediately.
Chavan made this demand while talking to media representatives.
Brijbhushan is accused of sexual harassment and two cases have been registered in this matter after the order of the court. One of these FIRs has been registered under the POCSO Act. Despite this, BJP MP Brijbhushan is not arrested. Chavan said that it is more serious that the Prime Minister is silent when the country is being defamed in the world.
Keeping in mind the upcoming elections, the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee has organized a two-day review meeting and the situation in all 48 constituencies is being reviewed. Chavan also said that this is not a seat allotment meeting but only local level leaders and officials are being tried.
