Scathing remarks on Congress dynasty by evoking Indira Gandhi imposing Emergency; Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed the opposition for crushing India’s soul. Invoking the dark chapter of Indian history, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hinted on people out on bail by saying that they would be punished by the judiciary as it is the court which will decide on people being in jail and bail.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s reply to the motion of thanks to President’s address grabbed eyeballs when he tore apart Congress by listing their failure to form a government highlighting that the dynasty party failed to connect to the masses. Stooping down low like always, the Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury in Lok Sabha dared the Modi government to send Sonia and Rahul Gandhi to jail.
Some members asked- why is Person A not in jail or Person B not in jail.
I want to tell them- this is not the Emergency where Governments jailed people as they felt like. These decisions are taken by the Courts. Courts will decide on jail and bail: PM @narendramodi pic.twitter.com/z0HuOVISeO

Leaving the opposition in splits, PM Modi in his speech said that this is not the Emergency where Governments jailed people as they felt like. These decisions are taken by the Courts. Courts will decide on jail and bail.
Continuing further PM Modi said, “We (BJP) is often criticised on why we haven’t put so-and-so in jail. We are people who go by the law of the land. Those who are out on bail should enjoy themselves. But our fight against corruption will continue. The country has already given us so much, we don’t need to take recourse to any illegality.”
The Gandhi’s particularly, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are out on bail for their misdeeds on projection of cheating and misappropriation in the National Herald case. The Congress however does not believe or abide by the laws cited by the judiciary; the recent and more fresh example of this was the Rafael deal case where the Supreme Court gave a clean chit to the government.
Misusing the power, the Gandhi family deliberately sneaked out on bail for their misconduct by creating corruption and cheating. With PM Modi’s speech in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, the opposition was left numb and ashamed as their worst misdeeds were placed before the lower house out and open.
