Visiting Gadchiroli on the wreath lying ceremony of security personnel who lost their lives in the IED blast attack by Naxals yesterday, MH Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis paid last tribute to the brave hearts with teary eyes.
“We will fight with full force to destroy anti-democratic forces. All of us are with the families of the QRT martyrs. My thoughts and prayers are with the martyrs’ families”, he said.
“Those who are trying to disturb the democratic power will have to face robust authorities. The lives of jawans will not go in vain. If the anti-democratic forces believe that this incident has demoralised the security forces, they are slyly wrong. This incident has rather increased the morale of the policemen and I believe in their strength”, he added.
Earlier the day Union Minister of State for Home Hansraj Ahir visited the site. Meanwhile the DGP, IG, SP Gadchiroli and the anti-naxal operation officers reached the site for inspection.
Six out of fifteen police personnel who breathed belonged to Gadchiroli, three to Bhandara, one from Buldhana and one each was from Hingoli, Beed, Nagpur and Yavatmal.
